Alongside sport, brings over 25 years of experience working across international environments with global organizations, leading complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams. This exposure shaped the Fortress philosophy: structured development, clear progression models, and a performance-driven environment built on discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
